Booking policies.
The same rules as Sharon’s booking calendar, written plainly. When you book, each one appears again at the step where it applies.
Nail appointments.
Gel-X sets, art sets and structured gel manicures.
- Your deposit secures the appointmentA non-refundable deposit is paid at booking and goes toward your total. The remaining balance is due on the day.
- A card stays on fileA valid card is required to book. No-shows are charged the remaining balance and may lose booking privileges.
- Cancel with 48 hours’ noticeCancelling with less than 48 hours’ notice costs a $55 late-cancellation fee.
- One reschedule, 48 hours aheadYou can reschedule once per appointment, with at least 48 hours’ notice. Moving into a new month needs a new deposit.
- A 10-minute grace periodAfter 10 minutes a late fee may apply, or the appointment may be cancelled.
- Arrive with bare nailsNew clients arrive with bare nails. Sharon does not soak off another tech’s work, and injured or compromised nails may be declined for safety.
- Photos may be takenPhotos and videos may be taken at your appointment. Your appointment will not be rushed.
Paying.
Your deposit is paid securely when you book, and you’ll see the amount before you pay. It goes toward your total. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

Education bookings are separate from nail appointments, and the nail policies above don’t apply to them.
