Every booking comes with a confirmation email from Sharon’s booking system. It has the links to reschedule or cancel, and your reminders come the same way.
Change or cancel.
Open your confirmation email and use Reschedule or Cancel. Can’t find it? Search your inbox for “Dove Nails by Sharon”, or text Sharon at (336) 327-0894.
- Cancel with 48 hours’ noticeCancelling with less than 48 hours’ notice costs a $55 late-cancellation fee.
- One reschedule, 48 hours aheadYou can reschedule once per appointment, with at least 48 hours’ notice. Moving into a new month needs a new deposit.
- A 10-minute grace periodAfter 10 minutes a late fee may apply, or the appointment may be cancelled.
